Kenneth Liu (Check me out on BrokerCheck) is the founder of
Kenneth K. Liu, CPA, LLC. He has over 20
years of diversified experience in accounting and tax
services in the Washington, D.C. metro and Northern Virginia
areas. Prior to establishing his own practice, he gained
extensive experience with a Big 8 accounting firm and
regional size CPA firms specializing in the hospitality and
real estate industries. He also has experience in guiding
small to medium size companies in their start-up and
formation. Another focus of his is to provide specialized
expertise to healthcare
professionals. In addition, he serves as a part-time
controller for several of his clients.
He was appointed to serve on the board of the Maryland Board of Accountancy by the Governor of Maryland for a three-year term that ended in 2000. He is very active in his community and he has served as a board member for various not-for-profit organizations. He also serves as a deacon for his church. Kenneth earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Maryland, University College.
